Credits and rights notices
The site's copyright notice is © DigixData. The RYSE of the 1NES books are credited to Jason Caston and carry a 2026 publication line naming Composio Publishing. The film credit cards name Jason Caston for production, writing, editing and A.I. work.
DigixData holds the rights in the RYSE property. Authorship and publishing credits acknowledge the creators and publisher without changing that ownership. Any specific license accompanying a work also applies to that work. Third-party content remains subject to its owner's rights and any applicable license; the site's copyright line does not claim ownership of every third-party element.
Some visual material was created with AI tools. Rights are reserved in protectable authorship, editing, selection and arrangement as applicable. This notice does not represent that every individual AI-generated element is independently copyrightable.
Uses requiring permission
Except where a relevant license or applicable law permits otherwise, obtain written permission before reproducing substantial protected material, distributing books or films, publishing adaptations, selling merchandise, or reusing site artwork commercially. This also applies to bulk reuse of protected material for training or developing AI models where authorization is required.
For a permission or licensing request, identify the work, the material you want to use, the proposed use, audience, distribution method and duration. Send it to contact@digixdata.com. The appropriate rights holder must approve the specific use in writing; a request or lack of a response is not permission.
A retailer purchase, film stream, downloadable browser asset or reference-page visit does not provide a broader reproduction or adaptation license. Third-party software, fonts or other components retain the rights granted by their own licenses.
Report a copyright concern
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@digixdata.com with the subject RYSE Copyright Notice. Identify the copyrighted work, the exact page or asset URL, the nature of the concern, your contact details and whether you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner. Include enough information for us to locate and review the material.
We review rights concerns and may request clarification, remove or restrict material, or seek a response from the relevant contributor as appropriate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in an initial message. Formal legal notices must meet any requirements of the applicable law; we may request additional information needed to address a formal notice.
