Series identity and status
Use the series name RYSE of the 1NES accurately, including its spelling and numeral styling. The site also identifies the book strands The Quest of the Remnant and The Watchers, and associated film and episode titles.
Names and artwork can identify a series or a creative work without every title, character name or image independently qualifying as a trademark. DigixData claims trademark rights in the RYSE of the 1NES series name, logos and related series brand identifiers, to the extent those identifiers function as marks under applicable law. Third-party marks remain with their respective owners. This notice does not claim that every identifier is registered or that a trademark search or legal clearance has been completed.
Do not add the registered-trademark symbol to a name or logo without confirmation of a relevant registration. A copyright credit or publisher credit does not, by itself, establish ownership of a trademark.
Accurate references and fan discussion
You may make truthful references to the series, books, films and their creators for reviews, reporting, criticism and fan discussion as permitted by law. Use the correct names, identify the work being discussed, and make an independent fan page or publication clearly distinguishable from an official site.
Linking to an official page is welcome. A factual reference does not require a claim that you are a partner, licensee or official representative. Legal exceptions and other rights that do not require permission are not restricted by this notice.
Logos, merchandise and implied affiliation
Do not use series logos or other brand assets in a way that falsely suggests official sponsorship, approval, authorship or a commercial relationship. Do not pass off an account, domain, publication, product or service as official, or use confusingly similar branding to mislead people.
Obtain written permission from the appropriate rights holder for licensed merchandise, co-branding, adaptations or promotional use that requires a brand license. Permission to reproduce a creative work does not automatically permit use of a logo as a badge of affiliation.
If permission to use a brand asset is granted, follow its written scope and approved appearance. Do not alter a supplied logo or combine it with other branding beyond that permission. A license does not transfer ownership of the brand.
Third-party names
Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, Vercel and other third-party names referenced on this site identify their own services. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners. A link or mention does not imply that those services sponsor or endorse RYSE of the 1NES, or grant permission to use their branding.

For a brand-use request or a concern about impersonation or confusing use, email contact@digixdata.com with the subject RYSE Trademark. Identify the name or artwork, include relevant URLs, and describe the proposed use or concern. We can review or route the request to the appropriate rights holder.
